We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared between One In Agency and clients will be kept secure and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
All materials, content, and strategies provided by One In Agency remain the property of One In Agency until full payment is received. Once paid, clients receive the rights to use the deliverables for their business purposes.
While we strive to achieve the best results, One In Agency cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for services already delivered or in progress remain payable.
